Beili Neuadd Bunkhouse is a converted 18th century stone barn in stunning countryside just 2 miles from the small market town of Rhayader - the gateway to the Elan Valley and Cambrian Mountains. On three National Cycle routes and the Trans Cambrian Route, Beili Neuadd offers lovely gardens, ponds and stunning scenery. The centrally heated barn sleeps 16 in 3 en suite bunkrooms and includes a fully equipped kitchen/dining room and drying room. The bunks have full sized mattresses, bed linen is included and towels can be hired. Accommodation is also available as B&B in the main house and there is space to camp in the paddock. The paddock has picnic tables and a BBQ and there is ample parking in the yard. The barn is 2 miles from the small market town of Rhayader - the gateway to the Elan Valley reservoirs, the Lake District of Wales. A wide range of activities are possible including cycling, mountain biking, fishing, pony trekking, canoeing, Gigrin Farm Red Kite feeding centre is in Rhayader, bird watching and walking.     Nearest trains at Llandrindod Wells -12 miles. Some buses from Rhayader. Taxi from Rhayader about £4. Assistance with transport available.

Perfect cycling country with 3 National cycle routes and a stop off on the Trans Cambrian route. Fabulous wildlife here at Beili Neuadd and throughout the Elan Valley and Cambrian Mountains. We’re great for walkers too being on the Wye Walk and  Glyndwrs way.

Beili Neuadd Bunkhouse has something for everyone. Sleeps 16 and is  dog friendly, as well as people friendly.

Beili neuadd Bunkhouse has a stunning location on the edge of the Elan Valley and Cambrian Mountains in Mid-Wales.   Three National cycle routes and the Trans Cambrian Way cycle way pass by the Bunkhouse doorstep.   The bunkhouse is close to the river Wye, ideal for Kayakers.  The barn is centrally heated and sleeps sixteen in three en suite bunkrooms.  Private bedrooms are available when the barn has not been booked by a group.  There is a fully equipped kitchen/dining room,  a drying room and dogs are welcome.
