[Ocean Backpackers]

We have a lovely volunteer here at Ocean Backpackers who has been with us since last winter!   Since we are closing in a couple of weeks until the beginning of March and are not planning to do any major improvements this winter.  His name is Pete and he is looking for a similar set up that he has had with us for this winter and beyond! Please see his message below:

“I have been working in a lively backpackers hostel since the beginning of the year (duties include housekeeping / reception work / maintenance.) I love the lifestyle but will be moving out when they close for the winter.     The first few months were spent doing paid plastering & renovations at the hostel during the winter shutdown before starting “Help-Ex” work (covering the managers days off and busy periods in exchange for accommodation).
