Tyddyn Bychan is an 18th century Welsh farm surrounded by fields. It is an excellent self-catering base for mountain biking, road cycling, canoeing, walking, climbing, fishing and numerous watersports including white water rafting. The main bunkhouse sleeps 18 in two en suite rooms. All bunks are handmade to a very high standard. The smaller bunkhouse sleeps 9 in two en suite rooms. All bedding is included. Woodlands Bunkhouse is a converted stable block set in the 10 acre grounds of Woodlands Centre. It overlooks the River Wye and has wonderful views of the Black Mountains. The historic town of Hay on Wye is near by. The Bunkhouse provides comfortable, modern accommodation for families and groups, with availability at weekends and during school holidays. There’s a well equipped kitchen and dining room and 22 beds in 9 rooms. The bunkhouse can arrange courses in a variety of outdoor activities.
