Travel the old drover roads

You can walk between Tyn Cornel Hostel and Dolgoch Hostel across the grassy Cambrian Mountains.

Both hostels are operated by the Elenydd Wilderness Trust and cared for by volunteers.  The Cambrian Way long distance footpath also passes by.
