Cullen Harbour Hostel is for sale, an adjoining holiday cottage and hostel mangers seafront house are also optional parts of the sale. Cullen Harbour Hostel is atmospheric and well set up for communal living. There is a welcoming entrance hall leading to all accommodation and facilities.The dining kitchen easily holds a large dining table as well as additional seating.There is space for a cooker and wood fired Rayburn together with all the usual kitchen facilities.An electric boiler supplements the Rayburn to heat the building and water.There are two five bed dormitories which are equipped with substantial wooden beds. In addition, there is a disabled toilet, wet room, bathroom with wc and wash hand basin and a further toilet.The spacious laundry room has ample space for washing and drying facilities.
