We’re Hiring: Hostel Assistant needed at Elterwater Independent Hostel

Love working with people and don’t mind rolling your sleeves up? We’re looking for a friendly, flexible Hostel Assistant to help us during the busy summer season.
This is a varied, hands-on role supporting reception, housekeeping, and food & beverage helping us deliver a warm welcome, high standard, and a brilliant guest experience.
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Reliable and adaptable
• Happy with flexible hours (including weekends & holidays)
• Pride in great service and clean, welcoming spaces
Hospitality experience is helpful but not essential, we value attitude and willingness to learn above all.
Minimum 30 hours
Hourly rate paid at National Living Wage
