The Star Bunkhouse in Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park has upped its eco-credentials!
Since taking over The Star Bunkhouse in 2014, we have strived to improve its environmental performance. We are also acutely aware of the impact of tourism on the sensitive environment of Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park, so we aim to limit this impact through leading by example and by “giving back” as much as we can. A few years ago we signed a ‘Green Growth Pledge’ with Business Wales which is available to read on our website.
Our latest development is the installation of 1 untethered myenergi zappi multiphase EV charger with PIN code access. This is provided for our guests on a first come, first served basis. Simply pay for KwH used + VAT (cash or bank transfer only) at the end of your stay.
