Thriving hostel business for sale

I own a cracking city hostel that’s on the market (we have been going and expanding for the last 31 years).
I’m fully aware that getting access to finance these days is beyond difficult, and whilst my preference was always to sell the freehold as well as I have to move abroad, I would much rather see it go to the right people than sell it to asset hunters.
So if you know someone who is passionate about hostels and really want their own, I am now considering a business and leasehold sale also. Please spread the word. The right people are definitely out there somewhere
