The Old Red Lion is an Independent Hostel, sponsored by the Countryside Commission, which offers accommodation for walkers, cyclists, travellers & pilgrims and as a retreat centre. It is also a venue for arts workshops, classes & courses, hosting divers events & activities. The owner/occupier has developed and extended it for over 40 years & now it cries out for new initiatives & skills. . It is situated on the Peddars Way, (long distance footpath), the pilgrimage route to the shrine at Little Walsingham and a stage on the Rebellion Way (cycle route).
