Ninebanks in the lovely North Pennines is now with two estate agents; Rook Matthews Sayer of Northumberland and Christie & Co nationally. It includes the lovely hostel building and adjacent chalet with a total of 8 en suite bedrooms, and a three bedroom cottage in the grounds; five star rated by TripAdvisor. Great place to live and a good income from the business. Great broadband too for family members working from home! Current owners Ian and Pauline planning to retire.
