My name is Lee Davies and I am from the UK but overseas working at the moment. I am coming back to the UK in 2019 for a visit and then back permanently in early 2020. I am looking to buy a hostel/backpackers freehold with 40~60 beds. London, lake district and anywhere in the south would be places of interest.
