The Campbell Room Group Accommodation

…And what countryside!

The Campbell Rooms Group Accommodation is, as its name suggests, available only to groups.

Sleeping 24 (but the leaders go free if your group size is 12+), with a big hall space and fully equipped kitchen there’s plenty of room indoors and out. Outside is a great big green space suitable for games and a fire pit too. You won’t be surprised from that description to hear that it was once a Scout centre, now managed by the YMCA. Both groups encourage people into the countryside and out on adventurous activities.

And what countryside! You approach along lush green sunken lanes, hedgerows heavy with wildlife and berries. In the distance the land rises to the wooded valleys of the Quantock Hills. Other attractions and activities in the area include horse riding, high ropes, water sports, beaches with rock pools and fossils, the coastal resort of Minehead, the West Somerset Railway, Wells Cathedral, Glastonbury Tor, Wookey Hole, Cheddar Gorge, Dunster Castle, Tropiquaria Animal and Adventure Park, Exmoor and the county town of Taunton.
