… a glorious place…
Just outside Milford Haven, in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park are Upper Neeston lodges. A cluster of converted farm buildings, environmentally sensitively done, around a courtyard on a working sheep farm. There’s shared laundry and drying rooms (because the Welsh weather can turn!) but otherwise they are all self-contained units. Cosy, well equipped and comfortable.
Supplied with lovely bucolic names: The Cowshed has 2 en-suite rooms sleeping 10; The Barn has two downstairs bunk rooms; The Granary and The Dairy are both more bijou and private.
It is only a short trip before you are right on the sea. The Pembrokeshire Coast path winds along the gorgeous coast edge. Get caught by the the temptation of the headlands – what is round the next head? Just a little further…
Birdlife overhead, butterflies rising from the clifftop meadows, seals and dolphins in the sea below. The Upper Neeston lodges are a glorious place from which to explore the area.
