Guest Easter Enjoyment
April 23rd 2025
At Wild Valley Huts, near Oswestry we offer both action and relaxation. Depending on what you’re looking for from your stay, there is something for everyone at Wild Valley Huts. Here are a few activities our guests tried over the last Easter weekend!
PONY TREKKING
A beautiful pony trek above the stunning Ceiriog Valley. It has a beautiful vantage point with an array of off-road riding adventures, including meandering tracks, lush fields, and scenic bridleways.
The Jackson’s said they had an exceptional horse-riding experience, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. When their son had finished the trek, he’d asked his parents if he could have a horse. Clear fun and enjoyment at SpringHill Farm – 25 mins.
CASTLE DINAS BRAN
The Brew-Butlers & their gorgeous dog (Flo) had an enjoyable time in Llangollen; a bustling place with lots to do.
They ventured to Castle Dinas Bran, that sits on the hill top over looking the Dee Valley. It is a climb but the views are spectacular! It is well worth it! It looked like Flo was enjoying herself too!
RHIWARGOR WATERFALL
Robbie & Jen at Rhiwargor waterfall, Lake Vyrnwy. This waterfall is less busy than the famous Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall & also close by.
Robbie has the book, Wild Swimming Walks by Emma Marshall and they tried this walk, which he said didn’t disappoint. The walk to the waterfall was beautiful and certainly exciting with a scramble to the top of the falls. This waterfall has a cascade of falls and the highest one offers infinity pool views over the valley!
If you fancy adventure and being outdoors, there is plenty on the doorstep of Wild Valley Huts. Have a look at our availability if you want a base for your outdoor adventures – www.wildvalleyhuts.co.uk
