Redmire Station House is a Scout hostel based in heart of Wensleydale in the tranquil beauty of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. This impressive Victorian building, once a station master's house, booking office and waiting room, now sits on the Wensleydale heritage railway line that runs from Bedale to Redmire. Available to non-scout groups, Station House sleeps 20 across 4 rooms. Facilities include a well equipped self catering kitchen, lounge with open fire, dining room, games room with pool and table football and boot room. Outside there are two areas for camping for larger groups

This unique hostel makes a great base for groups visiting this wonderful part of the country. There are cycling and walking routes from the door, pubs meals are a short stroll away in Redmire villlage and Castle Bolton, Aysgarth Falls and the many attraction of the Yorkshire Dales are close by. Scout sections, youth groups, charities, clubs and groups of friends & families are all welcome.
