Brechfa village with its shop and pub is within walking distance (1 mile). Adjacent to Brechfa Forest, the Cothi Valley and Llanllwni Mountain.

School Residentials in Brechfa Forest

Jillie at Gilfach Wen Barn can provide the school group leaders with contacts to the grazers committee who manage Llanllwni Mountain, and the NRW staff who run the permissions system for Brechfa Forest. She is also the director of the community Forest School site and can facilitate its use for craft and green woodworking groups. The barn has 7 bunkrooms including one accessible downstairs bedroom.
