When not booked in conjunction with Hamilton Lodge, James John Hamilton House welcomes individuals to stay for one night or more and is ideal for hikers on the coast path, cyclists on a journey or tourists visiting for a night or longer. A historic building, the first free school in Fishguard, it has a large open-plan lounge with exposed beams and comfy sofas. From Cardigan A487, through Lower Town, up steep hill, turn left 100m after Globe Pub. From Ferry port 1 mile to Fishguard Town Centre (Square), turn left, then first right.
