Situated in the heart of Chepstow close to the Wye and Severn Estuaries, Green Man Backpackers offers comfortable accommodation in a Grade 2 historic building. Chepstow is a medieval walled town featuring a hill top castle. It is the starting/finishing point for the Offa's Dyke path, the All Wales Coast Path, Gloucester Way and the Wye Valley Walk. The Forest of Dean, the Vale of Usk and the Wye Valley AONB are all close by. The building has had many past uses including medieval moot hall, former telephone exchange and British Legion building. It has been newly renovated to a very high standard and offers a selection of rooms: mixed dorms, male or female dorms, en suite doubles & triples, family 5 bed rooms and twin rooms with private bathrooms. Visitors have access to the private members' bar and the television lounge. All prices include a free continental breakfast. The en suite rooms feature TV and tea & coffee making facilities. This family run hostel provides a warm welcome to Chepstow. 1 mile from Lands End to John O Groats route.
