There is also a fishing lake and chickens, goats and horses to feed. Outdoor activities can also be provided on site. Indoor entertainment includes table tennis, pool tables and a swimming pool.

Stay on a farm and feed the animals at Gaveston Hall, great for groups

February 27th 2022

Great value hostel accommodation for groups of 40 to 100, in old school dormitories, private single and twin rooms and chalets set within the grounds of a 100acre woodland and farm.

Ideal for large groups of 40 – 100. Where your group would get exclusive of the large grounds lots to explore and animals to meet. There are 100 acres of private woodlands, meadows, lakes and streams so children and adults alike can play and adventure in a peaceful and protected environment. See wild animals such as elusive deer, foxes and bats that roam freely and badgers that emerge from their setts at dusk. if you have no luck spotting the wild animals, there are plenty of farm animals to meet and feed too such as chickens, goats and horses.

Gaveston Hall is close enough to London to make it easy for a weekend countryside getaway.
