While similar to it’s english counterpart the Scottish fry up usually contains more haggis and square sausages. But both are a good start to the day, especially if you don’t have to leave your hostel to get one. For days when you don’t have the time to go out, assemble the ingredients yourself and then laboriously cook them the option to just eat and go is always a winner.
