Why not visit one of the castles local to the area or something more to get the blood pumping such as the white water rafting in Bala, Bounce Below or the Titan Zip World in Blaenau Ffestiniog. Try out the Ffestiniog railway as it winds it way down towards the port town of Porthmadog. There is so much to do in the area, visitors will find something to suit their own taste.
